Don't panic—disconnect from the internet if possible and contact us immediately. We'll walk you through what to do next and check for any threats. 

Here are some general rules to follow for email safety:

• Never provide your credentials via email or an unfamiliar link
• Do not open links or attachments from an unknown source
• Always check the sender's full email address, not just the name. Scammers often impersonate trusted contacts with lookalike addresses. 

At least once a week. This helps with performance and ensures important updates are installed properly. 

MFA adds an extra layer of protection to your accounts. Even if your password is compromised, it keeps hackers out. 

Not without protection. If you must use public Wi-Fi, always connect through your work VPN. Or ask us to help secure your mobile setup. 

Use a password manager and make sure your password is long, unique, and hard to guess. Avoid birthdays, pets, or “1234.”
