With over 13 years in the IT industry, Mike has worn many hats, gaining hands-on experience in everything from technical support to big-picture strategy. He thrives on solving complex problems and helping businesses make the most of their technology. Whether it’s improving security, streamlining operations, or setting up new systems, Mike focuses on solutions that are both practical and forward-thinking.

Mike believes that great IT support isn’t just about fixing things when they break—it’s about preventing problems before they happen and making technology work for people, not against them. Known for his approachable nature and clear communication, he takes the time to understand each client’s unique needs and provides solutions that make sense. His goal is to build long-term relationships based on trust, reliability, and great service.

When he's not working, Mike enjoys unwinding with music and classic video games. A longtime collector and musician, he’s always on the lookout for unique guitars and retro games to add to his collection. Whether he’s troubleshooting a network issue or tracking down a vintage game cartridge, he brings the same enthusiasm and attention to detail to everything he does.

Lynnette brings over a decade of experience in the health information industry, where she developed a strong foundation in data management, compliance, and organizational processes. Her career has spanned multiple facets of healthcare administration, giving her a well-rounded perspective that enhances operational efficiency and strategic planning at Mega IT. 

In addition to her health information background, Lynnette has spent the past year immersed in human resources and learning & development, where she has excelled in onboarding, team growth, and employee engagement. Her natural leadership style and management experience make her a vital asset to both internal operations and client-facing initiatives. She has a passion for bringing people together and often takes the lead in coordinating community outreach events and company culture efforts. 

Outside of work, Lynnette is a true balance of brainpower and relaxation. She enjoys solving puzzles, reading manga, and is an unapologetic fan of a good nap. Her creativity, dedication, and lighthearted spirit make her not only a strategic leader but also a positive force within the Mega IT team.
